Today we say thank you to women all around the world. 🌍

Science and technology are changing rapidly — yet many technical fields are still far from balanced when it comes to gender representation.
This is not because women lack initiative or talent. For a long time, structural barriers and societal expectations have limited opportunities for women.

That is why it is important to recognize these challenges and actively support women around the world so they can pursue their goals and realize their ambitions on equal terms.

At APE, we know one thing very clearly: without the women in our team, none of this would be possible.
